We are happy to announce the publication of our article "Clinical practice patterns of speech-language pathologists for screening and identifying dysphagia" in the International Journal of Language and Communication Disorders.

This publication looks into how speech-language pathologists in the United States used screening tools to identify the presence of dysphagia. The most common reported screening tools were volume-dependent water swallow tests, subjective patient reports, trials of solids and liquids, and questionnaires. Continuing education impacted the clinician's choice among these screening tools.
